Capt. Frank R. Jackson

A Florida Native since 1975, born in California, spent some time in Germany before moving to Mac Dill AFB in Tampa Bay. I lived a long cast from some of the best fishing waters in the world and was lured to the bay where my passion for the sport began. I started Action Fishing Charters in 1996 and have been featured on ESPN, North American Outdoors and the Outdoor Channel. As an accomplished Guide and Professional Tournament Angler, I compete in many local and national fishing tournaments like the IFA Redfish Tour, Xtreme Redfish Series, West Coast Redfish Pro and the formerly popular Fox Sports FLW Redfish Tour. I have made numerous friendships that will last a lifetime and many memories as well. I look forward to the next trip as much as remembering the last.

I am a member of Yamaha’s National Fishing Team and sponsored by the industry’s best manufacturers like Hells Bay Boat works, DOA Lures, MirroLure, Motor Guide Trolling Motors and Crowder Rods.

Capt. Charles Espenlaub

A true “Florida Native” born and raised in Tampa, Florida. Charles is an extreme angler with the need for speed. Charles is one of the most competitive and aggressive drivers in the world of professional road racing. With an extensive background in endurance racing, piloting Mazda, BMW to a series Championship, Charles is a professional talent and a proven winner. As Lead driver of the #41 Dempsey Racing  Mazda RX-8 GT in the Rolex Series, Charles has been instrumental in pushing the team’s RX-8 towards the front of the pack. Born, raised and still residing in the Tampa Florida area, Charles spends his spare time as a professional fishing guide from Tampa to the Everglades.
